The service from Jamie has been excellent ! He was always available for any questions I had with prompt answers or call backs.

Mehmet also was great to deal with on the finance, having time to explain things and executing the deal very swiftly.

Hi to everyone at Imperials,

I just want to say thanks for supplying me with a stunning Discovery. I couldn’t be happier with it, it’s unbelievably clean with barely a mark on it! Very happy. 

Also, the level of service was second to none, so I want to say a big thank you to Kevin for making the sale as smooth as it possibly could have been and the collection slick and efficient. Thanks very much also to the guys who prepared the car for me, I opted for the paint and interior protection and it looked absolutely fantastic on collection.

I’ll definitely be recommending others to you in the future.

I have recently finalised a purchase of Bentley GTC from Jim, this is my 3rd purchase from imperials in the last 2 years

Just a quick email to say how efficient and smooth the whole process was , really happy with the car 
jim was great in assisting me with the whole process along with Mehmet organising the finance ,
the only 2 things missing from the car on delivery was a Bouquet of flowers for my wife and a bottle of 18year old Macallan. -

I bought a top marque vehicle and the overall experience matched the reputation of the Aston Martin I am now a proud owner of. As with any second hand vehicle there were a couple of small issues but fair play addressed them with perfect professionalism . I thank Mason and his colleagues for their professionalism and have absolute confidence that this is the company to go to for a top marque used vehicle .

Just a little feedback to let you know I have just acquired another used vehicle from Imperials and I am very pleased with my purchase!. I have now dealt with Jim in two occasions and have found this a pleasant experience and have always felt my custom valued by him , I also want to say that the whole experience of purchasing my vehicle was nice and hassle free thanks also to your business manager Mem who ensured a smooth transaction.
