My husband contacted Imperials on the ladline regarding this car on Saturday (30th Sept) evening and left a voicemail. Then I called on Tony's mobile number little bit late in the evening and managed to speak to him and get an appointment for Sunday, 1st Oct. Since Tony was unaware that it was my husband who left him a message earlier, he returned my husband's call. This really proves his dedication towards his job.
When we reached for our test drive on 1st Oct, Tony informed that the key case has been accidentally locked in his colleague's office and he has been proactively trying to contact his colleague to get the keys. Eventually, after getting the keys, Tony took us for a test drive. He has been very helpful throughout the buying process and made the experience a rememberable one. He has gone an extra mile by helping us buy this car even on his supposedly day off work. Thanks to Tony :-)
